Gentle hot yoga allows optimal time for restoration throughout the body. As you center your breath, you’ll begin to align the physical and mental internal fluctuations. This class provides an opportunity to unwind and reset. Longer periods of stretching and yin yoga is also practiced.
HATHA YOGA TUESDAY

Hatha Yoga is the most commonly practiced branch of yoga in America, and it is a highly developed system of nearly 200 physical postures, movements and breathing techniques designed to tune the body to its optimal health.
You can expect a well-rounded class that includes setting an intention as well as practicing pranayama (breathing) and mindfulness.
This class is appropriate for beginners and those wanting to move more deeply into poses as modifications and variations are provided to students of all levels.
FRIDAY YOGA FLOW

Vinyasa yoga involves synchronizing the breath with movement and creating a dynamic flow. Its progressive series of postures produces a deep internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Inversions and challenging balance postures are explored.
